Matt had decided it was time to reconfigure a few things at his home in Ashtead, and while he loved the property, he felt it was time for a change. After much deliberation, he decided on a few key home renovation projects.

As work on his kitchen commenced, Matt also had another idea in mind: he wanted to convert his garage into a home office. He envisioned a comfortable and well-equipped office that would allow him to focus on his work and be more productive.

Matt also wanted to create a new outdoor living space as a finishing touch.
