How long does planning take?
Once your proposed designs have been completed we can submit your planning application to the local authority. Once the council have validated your application they are obliged to reply within 8 weeks.
How long will it take to build my extension or loft conversion?
The average time it takes for ShapeHouse to complete the main structure of the build averages at 8-12 weeks. The factors that effect the build time include size, location, time of year and method of construction. During our initial online consultation we will be able to provide insight into the expected construction time.
